The Space Program is a private San Francisco-based residency, providing artists across a range of disciplines with the space, tools, and time to create.
In a city facing rapidly diminishing commercial spaces for creative pursuits, The Space Program aims to be an oasis for artists. Our goal is to nurture and revitalize the vibrant artistic culture that has long defined San Francisco.
The Space Program residents have access to a recording studio, screen printing facilities, a wood shop, and metal shop along with off-site resources in ceramics and metal fabrication. Residencies are project-based and invitation-only at this time.
